Monthly Wrap-Up

July Wrap Up

Hey everyone! How was July for you? For me, it was really great until the very end when my laptop broke down and I had to take it to the service centre and it still is not fixed yet, which is the reason for me posting scarcely and will continue to be until it is fixed!

BOOKS READ: 6

May Day

I don’t usually enjoy Vampires but this book is definitely an exception since I really loved it! It was such a great read and I’m so grateful to have gotten the ARC. You can read the review here

SEIGE AND STORM

I have been buddy reading the Grisha Trilogy with Haley and this was a fun book to read, though I didn’t really like the love interest much.

RUIN AND RISING

I also buddy read this with Haley and it was a good read but in the end, not the finale I wanted. I liked the book overall because of the writing but the characters sort of fell through for me.

TO KILL A KINGDOM

This was a fun book, quite interesting but not all that special in the end.

HOUSE OF EARTH AND BLOOD

This was quite a typical Sarah J Maas book and if you want to see my full thoughts on it, you can check out my review here.

THE GILDED WOLVES

I buddy read this with a bunch of people for the IndianLitReadathon and it was really fun! I loved the boom and all the mystery and especially how it started to pick up a lot towards the end. The ending tho, why did she do this to me?!

PLANS FOR AUGUST:

August is the month I start college and I’m really excited! But, it will also be a really busy month since I will have a lot to prepare! From setting up a place to study in my house to buying my books and organising my stationery, I will have a lot to do this month!

Moreover, my laptop broke down and it has to get repaired and I don’t know how long that will take so I’m sort of writing my posts fro my phone and my brother’s computer and my uncle’s laptop and it’s all a mess but I’m trying to make it work! So, I really don’t know what it’ll be like through this month until my laptop gets fixed.

That’s all I have for August for now but let’s see what it actually shapes up to be!

      1. It was a worthwhile read but I wish I was buddy reading it or reading it as part of a book club. There is not much in terms of plot but a lot of discussion subjects
