WHAT I DID IN SEPTEMBER
September was quite a long month and I think I did a lot and yet somehow nothing at all? As you’ll see ahead, I watched A LOT of tv shows and was just doing that most fo the month. I also studied quite a bit and tried to keep up with my classes as far as possible and also went on a trip! I read quite a bit too according to me considering how many other things have been going on with me.
I went for lunch with my mom on my birthday and that was quite fun! I also had a small birthday party with 5 friends over the weekend and it was so much fun meeting them and just chatting and relaxing and eating good food.
I also started therapy in late August and it’s been going good in September and I like my new therapist quite a bit and I’m hoping things will get better through it!
UPDATE ON MY SEPTEMBER GOALS
- Stay up to date on college stuff:
Okay so kind of? I mean I tried my best but I procrastinated so much as well and I could’ve done so much better but it’s also kinda okay but I will try better in October
- Catch up on review(or write 4 reviews):
Yep, I did this and I am so so proud of myself since reviews are hard
- Read 3 ARCs:
YES! I actually read 4 ARCs in September and reviewed all of them and I am so happy with that?? I still need to post my review for If This Gets Out and Not Here To Be Liked on my blog but I’ll do that soon :))
- Publish 5 blog posts:
I posted 6 times so yay :))
- Post 3 times a week on Instagram:
Yeah I think I did this, actually I’m pretty sure I managed around 4 posts a week and I am so so happy about that!
WHAT I WATCHED
I loved watching season 3 of Sex Education and seeing all my favourite characters develop and grow and change.
So, spoilers for season 3:
I loved RubyOtis so much more than MaeveOtis and I wish they’d ended up together but I’m looking forward to seeing how things go with Ruby in season 4 and I hope she is happy!
I also really started to like Adam in this season and how he is trying his best to change and especially at the ending!
I also LOVED Cal – they’re so amazing and I think there was a lot more about them that could’ve been there in the show and they were given very limited screen time but I’m excited to see more of them in S4.
I ended up watching all 4 seasons of ATLA and as you should’ve guessed, I absolutely adored it! It was cute and fun and there was so much action and I loved all the characters and I am so so sad that it’s already over because I want more??
Anyway I’m watching Legend of Korra now and it’s fun too and I get more time in the ATLA universe so that’s good 🙂
I watched season 4 of this and I quite enjoyed the musical which is surprising since I don’t usually enjoy musical tv shows?
I thought the ending was quite fitting and I liked the story but I also didn’t like a lot fo things but it was pretty good in the end, but it still didn’t live up to how amazing the first two seasons were!
PLANS FOR OCTOBER
I have midterms in the beginning of October so I need to get on with it and focus and study and make sure I do well on them! I also have a midsem break after that so hopefully I can wind down and relax and read a lot then and just have some fun!
I also hope to start writing again because as always I scrapped my old WIP and have a new idea I want to start on and hopefully I can just push out a first draft quickly!
- Stay up to date with college things
- Read 2 ARCs
- Publish 5 blog posts
- Post 2-3 times a week on Instagram
- DO more physical activity?
