Hey everyone! The Women’s History Month Reading Challenge is a reading challenge hosted by Margaret@WeirdZeal for the entire month of March, aka Women’s History Month. There are two sections of the challenge: the reading section and the blogging section. I am taking part in both!
For the blogging section, on each Monday of March, there is a post prompt for you to take part in if you so desire. For today, the 25th of March, the topic is: Ownvoices Books about Diverse women.
Today, I am listing 4 of my favourite Ownvoices book!
WHEN DIMPLE MET RISHI
Ah, this books is amazing and really one of my favourites. It is about an Indian-American, Dimple who wishes to be a software designer. It was a fun, light0hearted read. You can read my review of this book over here.
TO ALL THE BOYS I’VE LOVED BEFORE
Oh, this is one of my favourite books of all time! This is the story of Lara Jean, a Korean-American teenager. I absolutely fell in love with this series and there are movies too now! The first movie has been released and its sequel will be coming soon! I am so excited!
You can read my review of the series here:

LEAH ON THE OFFBEAT
Leah is a bisexual female and one of the only bisexual females I have read about! She is an amazing character and one I truly loved. This book had such a nice humour and a good pace. It was a pleasure reading it. You can read my review of this book here.
A VERY LARGE EXPANSE OF SEA
A Very Large Expanse of Sea is about a Muslin girl, Shirin who lives in the USA and is dealing with the aftermath of 9/11. this book is really amazing and it touched my heart. It loved me very deeply and I completely fell in love with it! You can read my review of this book here.
