January Non-Bookish Favourites

Hey everyone! January has already ended and we are well into 2019 yet I seem to keep writing 2018 everywhere… Anyways, let’s a look at some of the best non-bookish things that I viewed in the previous 31 days!

None this month, sad, I know, but I have been so caught up in watching TV shows that movies just slipped out of my mind.

Uri: Surgical Strike

This movie is so worth watching! It retells the story of the Surgical Strike India did on Pakistan as a retort to the Uri Attack and oh my god did this movie move me! I know this is a pro-BJP movie made for them to win elections but, damn, do these political parties know how to play the game well! If I could vote, I’d vote for BJP again.

Jane The Virgin

Ah! I totally love this show and well that should be obvious with how I wrote an entire post on this TV show. You can see the show hereand well, if you have not watched this show, you need to RIGHT NOW.

The Money Heist

This show is another one of my favourites! It is so interesting and well, addictive. It is one of a kind and something we don’t see everywhere. This show was compelling and I finished the entire two seasons in about 4-5 days. It is truly lovely.

How To Get Away With Murder

Now, this show was not very good or interesting. It was pretty much okay and well, I don’t think I will be completing it. I watched two seasons and well, I think I’m done.

The Vampire Dairies

I am totally loving this show!!! Oh, my god, don’t know why I did not watch this earlier. I completely love this show and I just need more and more and more. I am just on season 2 right now and there are 8 seasons in all, so well, I think I’m good for now!

I bought a dotted Journal and made one for 2019! I have been using it regularly and it has been a great help to me. I also shared it on this blog, you can check it out here.

I find painting extremely relaxing and although I am not very good at it, it seems to bring peace to me so I did a lot of that this month and well, it is almost meditative to me, so I feel much better

What did you all think of my post? Have you all seen any of the TV shows or movies that I mentioned? What did you people think about it? Tell me in the comments below. Will be waiting to hear from you all, it means a lot to me.

Peace out cuties ♥

    1. Aw, thanks!
I think the concept of it all is what made me really like it. Of course, we all do root for the underdogs but also, how the robbers were humanized and we were on their side.
Plus, the city names were cool. What did you like about it?

      1. I actually haven’t watched it yet. I was eyeing it but wasn’t sure if it would be to my taste. I like that they humanize the robbers though, so I’ll definitely give it a look.
